We’re hiring across the board before our fall season. All positions are W-2 from day one, not 1099 and not under the table. Crew keeps 100% of tips, weighted toward the driver.

Delivery Driver / Crew Lead, $20-25/hr
Load, tow, and run 6 to 10 stops on a Saturday with a helper. Set up tents, tables, chairs and inflatables. Must be 21+ for towing. We’ll train you on the trailer.

Maintenance Technician, $18-20/hr, full time
Clean, inspect and repair our gear and keep the warehouse running. Monday through Wednesday core hours. This is the role with the most room to grow here.

Part-Time Warehouse & Event Crew, $18-20/hr
15 to 25 hours a week, 18 and up, no license needed. If you want to drive, we train you and move you up at 21. That’s how most of our drivers got here.

This is year-round work, not a season. Hours move with the calendar, and we’re hiring people we want here in three years.

About October through December: it’s our busiest stretch by far, and weekends are non-negotiable during it. It’s also when the hours are longest and the tips are best. Most of our crew make their best money in Q4.
