This policy explains what information U Bounce Party Rentals LLC (“U Bounce”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit ubounceparty.com, request a quote, book a rental, or talk with us by phone, text, email or chat, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your event details: date, times, delivery address, setup surface and anything you tell us about the site.
- The rentals you ask about or book, and your order and payment history with us.
- Messages you send us by text, email, chat, our contact form or social media, and notes from phone calls.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our booking system’s payment processor. We do not keep full card numbers on our own systems.
Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we and our service providers collect standard information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and how you reached our site, using cookies and similar tools. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and show our ads, and Google reCAPTCHA to keep spam out of our forms.
How we use your information
- To give you quotes, take and manage your bookings, deliver, set up and pick up your rentals, and take payment.
- To answer your questions and keep you updated about your order.
- To send you offers and reminders, if you have agreed to receive them.
- To improve our website, our service and our advertising.
- To keep our business and customers safe, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example by checking the text box on our contact form or by texting us first), we may send you messages about your quote, booking, delivery and pickup, and, if you agreed to them, occasional offers.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (406) 319-3420.
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of renting from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The sharing described below does not include your text messaging opt-in data or consent.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that work for us, such as our booking and payment system, our customer messaging and scheduling tools, our website host, Google and Meta for analytics and advertising, and our accounting tools. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Our team and contractors who deliver, set up and pick up your rentals, who see the details they need for your event.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our team or others.
- If our business is sold or reorganized, the information may pass to the new owner under this policy.
Cookies and advertising choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can limit personalized ads from Google at adssettings.google.com and from Meta in your Facebook ad preferences. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep information
We keep booking, payment and message records for as long as we need them to serve you, run our business and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit who on our team can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails or texts. Email sales@ubounceparty.com or call (406) 319-3420. We may need to keep some records, such as past orders and payments, where the law requires it.
Children
Our rentals are often for children’s parties, but our website and services are meant for adults who book them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
